Please understand that we operate a busy practice, and always appreciate a phone call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late. If you need to cancel, please call us at your earliest convenience. Charges will be incurred if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
We accpet a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will hlep determine your dental benefits as estimated by your insurance carrier.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks. If your treatment will last for an extended period, we can owrk with you to arrive at a payment plan that suits your needs.
